Hi, I’m Apollonia! A mom, maker, and pasta lover with a passion for homemade food and gathering around the table.
As an Italian, the love of food runs deep. I grew up watching my grandmother and mother knead, roll, and shape homemade pasta with their hands, no shortcuts, just tradition, love, and family. Our big Italian family came together often over heaping bowls of pasta, fresh bread, and stories that stretched late into the night. That’s where my love for food was born, not just in the flavors, but in the moments we shared.
Apollonia’s Artisan Kitchen is my way of continuing that legacy. Every batch of pasta I make is crafted in small quantities using simple, quality ingredients and time-honored techniques. Whether it’s a rustic ribbon or a playful twist, each shape is made with intention and a whole lot of heart.
I currently offer local pickup in Ocala, FL and shipping throughout Florida, with farmers market days launching soon and seasonal flavors always on the horizon.
